Is my data used to train AI or sold to third parties?

No. Your data is never used to train AI models or sold to anyone. We use automation to support your application, not to analyse or learn from your documents.

Our visa preparation tools are powered by Intellivisa, a solution developed by our trusted partner Nuron AI. Before integrating their system, we conducted thorough cybersecurity and data privacy checks to ensure it met our standards — including GDPR compliance and robust data handling practices.
We remain fully responsible for how your data is managed, and all partners we work with are carefully vetted to ensure your information stays protected at all times.
Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored securely in Microsoft Azure cloud servers located in the United States. Although the servers are outside the EU, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other GDPR-compliant safeguards to ensure your data is fully protected.
Everything is encrypted — both in transit and at rest — and handled according to strict European data protection standards.
Can I see the data you have on me?

Yes. You can request a copy of all your personal data at any time via your dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Can I delete my data?

Absolutely. You can delete your data at any point, even before your visa journey is complete. We also delete your uploaded data automatically 6 months after your application ends.
Can I retrieve my documents before deleting them?

Yes. You can download all your documents and information from your dashboard before choosing to delete your data.
What if I just want to pause my application but keep my data?

No problem. We’ll hold your data securely for up to the start date of your trip, so you can return and pick up where you left off. When that period is nearly over, you’ll receive an email letting you know that your documents are scheduled for deletion.
If you’d like to keep your data for longer, simply follow the instructions in that email to opt out of automatic deletion.
What happens if I delete my account?

We’ll erase all your data, unless we’re legally required to keep certain records (which we’ll inform you about).
