Can I work on a tourist visa?

When you visit France for a private stay or tourism, you won’t have permission to work. This means you’ll be free to put your feet up and relax! Unless, of course, you’re taking part in the working holiday programme as a young traveller. In that case, have fun earning– but you will need a different visa for that.
